They leave the open items, the completion matrix, and the limits of the report, and Decision 25 records the choice (Decision 23 and #34 are not changed). Open item 3 of the report now gives the cause of the dropped AppliesTo for a path: the default parameter set PathComplex wins when a piped object satisfies its mandatory parameters. A stand-alone model with the four sets and no default binds PathSimple for an object with AppliesTo and keeps every named call; the real cmdlets were not changed. debugging-insights.md keeps the lesson.
